異油酸是一種可以從奶和乳制品（例如酸奶和奶酪）中獲得的天然ω?7反式脂肪酸。
異油酸與健康
雖說異油酸是一種反式脂肪酸，但是這種天然反式脂肪可以降低人類血液里面的低密度膽固醇和三酸甘油酯。這正好與其它反式脂肪的作用相反。食用異油酸的人可以減少發生動脈硬化和心臟病的發病率。[1] 異油酸也是人奶中的主要反式脂肪。 [2][3]在哺乳動物體內，細胞會把異油酸轉化成一種共軛亞油酸。[4][5] 共軛亞油酸可以抑制致癌物質的活性。[6]
