組織蛋白去乙酰酶抑制劑(英語(yǔ):HDAC inhibitor,簡(jiǎn)寫(xiě)HDI或HDAC抑制劑)是一種透過(guò)抑制身體內(nèi)組織蛋白去乙酰酶功能的藥物類(lèi)別,亦存在于胎兒及花椒內(nèi)?,F(xiàn)時(shí)有健康食品生產(chǎn)商建議透過(guò)進(jìn)食花椒油而達(dá)至防癌的功效。
現(xiàn)時(shí)醫(yī)學(xué)界有研究透過(guò)“組織蛋白去乙酰酶抑制劑”來(lái)治療癌癥[1]及神經(jīng)退行性疾病(neurodegenerative diseases)。這些抑制劑的具體機(jī)制,例如有關(guān)的化合物如何達(dá)到有關(guān)的功效,到現(xiàn)在還未清楚。不過(guò),有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)亦有提出可能的表觀遺傳學(xué)途徑[2] Richon et al.[3]發(fā)現(xiàn)HDAC抑制劑可以透過(guò)引導(dǎo)p21 (WAF1)來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)p53的腫瘤抑制功能[4]。
